Regulamin Platformy MOODLE
Wyższej Szkoły Menedżerskiej w Warszawie

  1. Platforma e-learningowa Moodle WSM w Warszawie (zwana dalej Platformą), to internetowa przestrzeń Uczelni. Jest ona przeznaczona do wspomagania procesu kształcenia metodami e-learningowymi.
  2. Użytkownikami Platformy są studenci, nauczyciele akademiccy Uczelni, a także goście, tj. osoby, które mogą mieć dostęp do wybranych zasobów bez konieczności logowania się. Użytkownikami Platformy mogą też być pracownicy Uczelni (Prowadzący) niebędący nauczycielami akademickimi, których zakres obowiązków związany jest z obsługą studentów oraz nauczycieli akademickich.
  3. Dla celów szkoleniowych dopuszcza się również udział osób niezwiązanych z Uczelnią pod warunkiem akceptacji niniejszego Regulaminu.
  4. W Regulaminie stosuje się następujące terminy:
    1. Użytkownik: osoba posiadająca konto na Platformie.
    2. Student: Użytkownik zapisany na wybrany kurs lub szkolenie jako uczestnik.
    3. Nauczyciel/Prowadzący: Użytkownik posiadający uprawnienia pozwalające na prowadzenie kursu/szkolenia na Platformie.
    4. Administrator: osoba odpowiedzialna za poprawne działanie Platformy.
  5. Zalogowanie się na Platformie oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.
  6. Użytkownicy są zobowiązani do wypełnienia formularza we właściwościach profilu swoimi rzeczywistymi danymi osobowymi. Imię i nazwisko są niezależnymi polami w formularzu rejestracyjnym i ze względów bezpieczeństwa tak zwany "login" musi być różny od tych danych. Awatar (obrazek, który pojawia się przy wiadomościach Użytkownika) nie może być animacją, powinien być aktualnym zdjęciem Użytkownika, umożliwiającym jego identyfikację jak w legitymacji). Uzyskanie konta jest jednoznaczne ze zgodą na wykorzystanie danych osobowych Użytkownika w zakresie koniecznym do jego obsługi przez Prowadzącego i Administratora.
  7. Zgodnie z wymogami RODO/GDPR Użytkownicy mają prawo do wnioskowania o usunięcie danych i rejestru działań użytkownika w systemie Moodle, wnioskowania o wyeksportowanie danych osobowych oraz ich usunięcie lub modyfikację.
  8. Niewłaściwe wypełnienie formularza rejestracyjnego, zidentyfikowanie wprowadzenia nieprawdziwych danych, ustalenie faktu udostępnienia konta oraz materiałów dydaktycznych uzyskanych z Platformy osobom niepowołanym powoduje zablokowanie konta.
  9. Pełną odpowiedzialność za materiały zamieszczone na Platformie (w tym kwestie praw autorskich) ponosi osoba publikująca.
  10. W wypowiedziach na Platformie nie wolno zamieszczać treści nieprzyzwoitych, nieprawdziwych, obraźliwych, obscenicznych (art. 141 Kodeksu Wykroczeń).
  11. Materiały i wypowiedzi zamieszczone przez użytkowników mogą być modyfikowane bądź usuwane przez Prowadzącego lub Administratora, gdy są one niezgodne z postanowieniami niniejszego Regulaminu. Dotyczy to w szczególności wypowiedzi i materiałów niezwiązanych z programem lub przebiegiem studiów.
  12. Nieprzestrzeganie Regulaminu może prowadzić do ograniczenia funkcji lub zablokowania konta na Platformie oraz do powiadomienia władz Uczelni.
  13. Zadaniem WSM jest dołożenie wszelkich starań, by zapewnić poprawne funkcjonowanie Platformy. Administrator wykonuje kopie zapasowe kursów dwa razy w tygodniu (środa/sobota) oraz udziela Użytkownikom pomocy w rozwiązywaniu problemów z obsługą i użytkowaniem systemu.
  14. WSM nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki nieprzewidzianego wadliwego funkcjonowania Platformy, a także rezultaty ujawnienia przez Użytkowników osobom niepowołanym poufnych danych, np. służących do logowania.
  15. Uwagi i zgłoszenia w sprawach dotyczących funkcjonowania, stosowania lub naruszeń niniejszego Regulaminu należy przesyłać na adres moodle@wsm.warszawa.pl lub zgłaszać do specjalistów Centrum Informacji Naukowej i E-learningu Wyższej Szkoły Menedżerskiej w Warszawie (WSM) pod numer (22) 59 00 845.
  16. Wątpliwości dotyczące treści, funkcjonowania i stosowania niniejszego Regulaminu rozstrzyga Kanclerz WSM.
  17. WSM zastrzega sobie prawo modyfikowania Regulaminu Użytkownika.

Regulations of the MOODLE Platform of the
Warsaw Management University

  1. The Moodle e-learning platform of WSM in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) is the online space of the University. It is intended to support the education process with e-learning methods.
  2. The users of the Platform are students, academic teachers of the University, as well as guests, i.e. people who can access selected resources without logging in. Platform users may also be University employees (Lecturers) who are not academic teachers, whose scope of duties is related to servicing students and academic teachers.
  3. For training purposes, the participation of people not related to the University is also allowed, provided that these Regulations are accepted.
  4. The following terms are used in the Regulations:
    1. User: a person who has an account on the Platform.
    2. Student: User enrolled in a selected course or training as a participant.
    3. Teacher / Lecturer: A user with permissions to conduct a course / training on the Platform.
    4. Administrator: the person responsible for the correct operation of the Platform.
  5. By logging in to the Platform, you accept these Regulations.
  6. Users are required to fill in the form in the profile properties with their actual personal data. Name and surname are independent fields in the registration form and for security reasons the so-called "login" must be different from this data. The avatar (the image that appears next to the User's messages) cannot be an animation, it should be a current photo of the User, enabling his identification as in the ID card). Obtaining an account is tantamount to consent to the use of the User's personal data to the extent necessary for its handling by the Operator and the Administrator.
  7. In accordance with the requirements of the RODO / GDPR, Users have the right to request the deletion of data and user activity register in the Moodle system, request the export of personal data and their removal or modification.
  8. Incorrect filling in the registration form, identifying the introduction of false data, establishing the fact that the account and didactic materials obtained from the Platform were made available to unauthorized persons, will result in blocking the account.
  9. The publisher is fully responsible for the materials posted on the Platform (including copyright issues).
  10. It is not allowed to include indecent, untrue, offensive or obscene content in statements on the Platform (Article 141 of the Code of Petty Offenses).
  11. Materials and statements posted by users may be modified or deleted by the Host or the Administrator when they are inconsistent with the provisions of these Regulations. This applies in particular to statements and materials not related to the program or course of studies.
  12. Failure to comply with the Regulations may lead to limitation of functions or blocking the account on the Platform and to notification of the University authorities.
  13. WSM's task is to make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform. The administrator performs back-up copies of the courses twice a week (Wednesday / Saturday) and provides assistance to Users in solving problems with the operation and use of the system.
  14. WSM is not responsible for the consequences of unforeseen malfunctioning of the Platform, as well as the results of disclosure of confidential data by users to unauthorized persons, e.g. used for logging in.
  15. Comments and notifications on matters regarding the functioning, application or violations of these Regulations should be sent to the address moodle@wsm.warszawa.pl or reported to the specialists of the Center for Scientific Information and E-learning of the Warsaw Management University (WSM) at the number (22) 59 00 845.
  16. Any doubts regarding the content, functioning and application of these Regulations are resolved by the Chancellor of the WSM.
  17. WSM reserves the right to modify the User Regulations.
