Negotiation is an important aspect of our everyday lives, especially because it offers an effective means for resolving conflicts. This course provides students with comprehensive understanding of the negotiation process and challenges that confronts negotiators. With the exercises that follows, students will be able to learn the skills and how to utilize them in negotiation for a beneficial outcome.

Conflict management Description: Examination of conflict styles and theories; conflict management strategies such as negotiation and third party intervention; and relevant contexts for conflict such as workplace, families, and interpersonal relationships. Practical, theoretical and critical analyses of conflict and negotiation in variety of contexts.
