The crisis Management course is tailored to prepare students adequately with the necessary skills to respond appropriately, and comprehensively to crisis situations that confront our society, nations, and workplaces. In various parts of the world, we witness different political, social, economic,  environmental, and security crises. some of these issues escalate to serious conflict or violence. Crisis cannot be prevented, but students participating in this course will learn strategies to handle crisis earlier before it escalates to open conflict.

 

N is an important conflict resolution skill in the work place as well a a key communication skill negotiation skill in navigating the increasingly complex world. The negotiation fundamentals covered in this course includes among others, distributive and integrative bargaining, perceptions, cognitive emotion, communication skills, power, ethnics, gender, culture and personality; the focus is on business and community negotiations.
