After completing this course, students will be able to define Organizational behavior. Know how to manage change. Understand what makes effective leadership and what motivates people at work. Students will be able to answer the following questions; What influences does personality have on behavior? What is meant by emotional intelligence? How can a performance team be formed? Answering some of these questions will help students face the critical challenges confronting managers and employees in a diverse and globalized world.
