The Conflict Management course is designed to equip students with the
basic knowledge about conflict and the necessary skills to manage
conflict in different contexts. Conflict is inevitable and cannot be
avoided, however, students participating in this course will also learn
different nonviolent, and effective conflict management strategies to
diffuse tension among belligerents.
